Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Highbridge Iron Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
