Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Buffalo with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
