Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Bridge Energy is an energy provider in Buffalo focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
