Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Lantern Construction is a Buffalo contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
