Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Yarrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
