Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Boston, MA)

Lumen Vista Auto Group is a Boston company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Boston. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
