Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Pike Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Boston region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Boston. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
