Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Fern Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • PMP or CAPM certification.
