Summit Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
