Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Kestrel Auto Group is a Birmingham company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
