Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Birmingham, AL)

Northwind Yarrow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Birmingham, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 968 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
