Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification.
