Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Freight is a Baltimore logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
