Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Nest Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Baltimore producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
