Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Quill Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
