Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Redstone Loom Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
