Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Bridge Telecom Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
