Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Junction Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Atlanta, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
