Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge Lakeside Health is a healthcare provider in Atlanta with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
