Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Glen Care Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
