Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Field Staffing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
