Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Sable Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
