Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood Rook Staffing Group is a Anchorage staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving temp assignments. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
