Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Anchorage, AK)

Summit West Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Anchorage design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
