Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Anchorage. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
