Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Ember Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Anchorage. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
