Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Summit Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Albuquerque, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 810 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
