Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Clearpath Oak Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
