Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Albuquerque producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
