Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Albuquerque with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
