Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Wichita, KS)

Fernwood Hollow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Wichita. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We invest in training. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
