Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Umber Arts Center and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
