Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Quarry Health provides primary and specialty care in Wichita, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
