Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Wichita, KS)

Bright Bridge Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Wichita design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
