Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Vista Construction and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
