Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Nova West Environmental Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
