Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Wichita, KS)

Bluepeak Ember Staffing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
