Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Vista Water Authority and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
