Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Housing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
