Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Summit Union Civic Services works with county and city offices around Virginia Beach, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving procurement. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
