Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pike Staffing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving timekeeping. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
