Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Rook Auto Group is a Virginia Beach company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
