Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sable Staffing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
