Foxglove Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
