Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Summit Linden Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
