Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Stone Energy is an energy provider in Tulsa focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
