What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
