Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Rowan Inspection Services Partners provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
