Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Beacon Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Tulsa region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving candidate screening. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
