Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Granite Staffing is a Tulsa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving temp assignments. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
